Refund & Return Policy

Because Ties That Preach uses Printify for print-on-demand production and fulfillment, your order is custom made. As such, we have a more limited returns/refund policy.

1. Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Color

Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or due to change of mind. Please double-check all options before placing your order.

2. Defects, Damage & Manufacturing Errors

If your product arrives defectively printed, damaged, or with a manufacturing error, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product (close-ups and full view).
  2. We will report the issue to Printify and initiate an issue claim.
  3. Printify’s policy provides that for valid claims, they will offer a free reprint or refund (based on their discretion). help.printify.com+1
  4. If the reprint fails or is unacceptable, a full refund (for the item cost) will be issued, usually to your original payment method or via the Printify account balance. Printify
  5. There is no requirement to return the defective item in most cases.

Note: Printify does not cover defects due to incorrect ordering (wrong size or color selection), nor do they issue refunds for “change of mind” purchases. help.printify.com

3. Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the item is defective and refund is approved.
  • If you return an item (if permitted), you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In the case of customs, import fees, taxes, or duties in your country, those are your responsibility and are not refundable.

4. Refund Timing & Method

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds may take a few business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the refund is issued via Printify, it may first credit your Printify balance, and then be transferred to your original payment method. help.printify.com+1
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

  • Contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.
  • We will liaise with Printify on your behalf to review and resolve the issue.
